Covid-19: Looking after your wellbeing

This an anxious time for us all. With all the uncertainty around Coronavirus (or COVID-19) it’s completely normal to feel worried about how it could affect your life. You won’t be alone in how you’re feeling. Everyone reacts in their own way to challenging events and uncertainty. There are lots of steps you can take to help look after your wellbeing, and the wellbeing of people around you. Make sure you get further support if you feel you need it.
