Due to increasing infection rates with Covid 19, we are now operating an ‘appointment only’ door policy.
Please only come to the surgery if you have an appointment and arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before your appointment time. To keep our patients and staff safe, where possible please come alone.
If you are arriving for an appointment you will need to go to the staff entrance door and use the intercom, (at the rear of the surgery by the footbridge). A Patient Adviser will check you in, you will then be asked to sanitise your hands and find a seat until you are called.
Please do not come into the surgery for any enquiries, instead please phone us on 01452 529933, contact us by email or use eConsult (see below).
If you require an appointment as you have a medical problem please submit an eConsult online at www.hadwenhealth.webgp.com. eConsults are monitored all day and we will let you know when to expect a response from a clinician.
If you have an urgent medical need or are unable to use eConsult please call the surgery as normal.
Repeat prescriptions can be requested as follows:
- Online (If you already have access, please log into SystmOnline)
- Writing to us and posting in the post box outside main front entrance
- Via your usual pharmacy
- Via our website www.hadwenhealth.co.uk
- Emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
