This autumn we will be offering Covid-19 and Influenza inoculations together in one appointment. The clinics will be held on the following dates: 7th October, 14th October, 21st October.
The following patient groups will be offered both vaccinations:
- All adults aged 65 years and over on 31st March 2024
- Persons aged 6 months to 64 years in a clinical risk group.
- Residents in a care home for older adults
- Frontline health and social care workers
- Persons aged 12 to 64 years who are household contacts of people with immunosuppression
- Persons aged 16 to 64 years who are carers and staff working in care homes for older adults
Additionally, any children aged 2-3 on 31st August 2023, and not in a clinical risk group, will be offered a flu vaccination.
Invitations to book a timed appointment at one of these clinics will be sent from early September. If you are eligible for a Covid-19 and/or influenza vaccination and have not received an invitation by 30th September, please contact the Practice.
If you wish to have a Covid-19 but not an influenza inoculation or vice versa you will still be able to book an appointment at one of our vaccination clinics.
