Practice Update for Patients

We welcome the news that COVID-19 restrictions will end on 19th July. As a primary care setting, we though, need to protect both our patients and our team against the increasing rise of COVID-19 positive cases the local community. Entrance to our building will therefore continue to be controlled until the end of August at the earliest; this will have no impact on the availability of face-to-face appointments. We also politely request that face coverings continue to be worn whilst in our building, unless you are exempt from wearing one.

As we move into the school holiday period, there will invariably be times in the coming weeks where we are short of both clinical and administrative team members. Please be patient and bear with us, and remember to consider all the other options available for advice such as NHS111, community pharmacists, Minor Injury Units etc.

Finally, we are sad to write that verbal abuse directed towards members of our team continues to rise. All those that work for Hadwen Health have the right to do so without the fear of abuse, and we reserve the right to remove from our Practice list anyone who verbally abuses any of our team.
